Who may vote? All owners of property located in the Telegraph District are members of the Telegraph Property & Business Improvement District.

Who are TPBID Members? The owner, or owner's representative, of a property paying the Telegraph Property & Business Improvement District assessment. Each assessed property may only have one representative as a member of the corporation. All rights and details of membership can be found in the TPBMC Bylaws.
